What's been happening with BUMS?
We had a great Lock In, May 12.
29 students showed up. Volleyball,
Laser Tag, Pizza, a very short talent
show, an awesome longer than usual
prayer time, thoughts on True Love from
I Corinthians 13, and we graded ourselves
on how we're doing at loving, free time
to be with friends, Risk game, trying
to get to sleep (for some of us), and
trying to stay awake and keep everyone
else awake (for the rest of us),
breakfast, and many stayed and were
EARLY for Sunday School!

Ichthus was awesome. Ron says it's one
of the most perfect trips he's ever
been on, (and he's been on more than 2).
The weather, the way the group got along,
the awesome bus driver (Steve Supernaw),
the awesome chaperones (Keith Smith, and
Andrea Dickinson), the fun camping together,
the "neighborhood", Lost and Found (We are
with you!!), seminars, devotion times,
the Cincinnati Train Station, The bands,
the people giving away hugs,and so on.

A bunch of our students had major band
competitions and had to miss Ichthus.
We still had 14 go, but we missed our
buddies in the band! Congratulations
to the band on getting a "2" at State
competition. Rock On! We are with you!
